HURRAY!

I managed to fit into my old 3/4 blue pants today.

I wore it for church service today.

Training was alright today just felt tired and not enough energy.

Then headed to Jing Xian's house to have my slimming course.

I lost a little weight again.

The sauna thing was really hot today quite unbearable.

After that went to Expo for church service.

All my spiritual brother who saw me said that i slimmed down alot, after not seeing me for a week.

They said i grown smaller-size.

Church service was awesome today.

I felt God's presence very strongly today.

Felt very attached to him all of a sudden.

Today's sermon was about Entering the New Year with Victory in mind, like a Warriors of Light!

It was really good, it really taught me how to start this year.

One part of the service that touched me today,was when Pastor Eugene said that " we should lean on God and God is always there with us no matter what we go through."

I found that i really needed to hear this from someone.

I always felt that i am running this stressful race alone.

I esp. needed to hear this this week because i find that i needed strength to help me to lose weight.

I felt that it is really hard for me to control my cravings and it needs this extraoardinary strength in my body to keep me going.

I didn't catch exactly every single word but the words were very comforting, I just teared.

I just felt the need to come back to God again and draw near to him again.

And realising he is with me everyday in my struggles.

My heart just aches.

Joyce prayed for me for a breakthrough in my sporting life, that i have always been struggling.

After service ended, I had some time with joyce telling her my schedule for next year and stuff.

I really thank God for her, thank God she linked me with Adelle's group today.

It was nice having such a big group of girls around my age,still trying to "fit in".

Thank you Adelle for praying for me too!

After that I went to catch up with my spiritual brothers (Nic, Joel, Sam, Dion,Dal and etc.)

They wanted to go and play pool, and since i had nothing to do i just tagged along.

Nic drove his Mazda 3, so cool right.

He drove us to Marine Parade to play pool while Dan and Gab took cab there.

Then I bought waffle up there to eat.

I don't know how to play pool so i was like there to watch them play quite cool actually.

Had a few short chat with Dalston, its been long since i talk so much to him.

We always had been very busy and there is like no time to catch up.

Thank God for this time.

I am like so thankful of this brother man.

Always so caring.

Then Joel's friend was there playing pool and they were eating Macdonald.

Apparently i couldn't resist it and my spiritual brothers kept asking me whether i want to eat.

So in the end i went down with Samuel to buy Macdonalds up to eat.

I bought Grilled chicken foldover.

Gosh after eating i like put on 1kg man.

Quite bad la. hee. really i went on the weighing scale.

Forgotten to say while i was at the pool area i met Shaun Poon he was also playing Pool with his friend. Hee.

Today was really fun, and I wanna say a BIG THANK YOU to MY BROTHERS!

You guys really made my day and I enjoy the time i be with you guys!

Even though, i didn't play but i felt that i spend quality time with you guys, you all bring memories back.

Lastly while i was on the bus on my way home, I read the bible because i had nothing to do, and i thank God that he guide me to this book of philippians.

He started me off with such a short new and meaningful book.

YES, I will run the race for God. GOD BLESS YOU!

Lose weight. Lose weight. Lose weight.

For the past one week i guess theses two words have been in my mind going round and round.

I need to lose to 52kg in 1 month.

I have lost like 2.5kg in 6 days,

and i still got 4kgs more to lose. Ouch!

In a way losing that fast is amazing, but look at it at another way it feels scary.

Imagine one day you see the FATS on your tummy and the next day its gone.

I simply can't digest it.

Well i feel so hard losing weight because it feels like a pain man.

I still can't stop craving for something sweet.

Due to my diet i haven't been able to train properly,

and this will have to go on for 2 weeks.

I simply feel tired and lethagic at certain part of the day.

Just simply feel lack of sugar man.

how in the world am i gonna get on form for my comp in March?

Worries.

Yuppie, i just change my blogskin because i felt that one was abit messy.

I think this is a nicer blogskin, what do you think?

Quite style and i spend sometime doing it.

COUNTDOWN PARTY 2007

Saturday

I went to swim the 7000 laps challenge for my church.

I swam 200 plus laps.

I swam for an hour then stop then swam again.

Later i still use flippers to swim haha.

I met Jim Seet at the pool and he joined me to swim too.

His cousin is in our church.

Then I got to know a National Sailor quite cool.

We reach the target by 3.30pm.

After that i was quite tired, but still headed to far east plaza to do my last min shopping.

To see what i haven't got for the countdown party.

Went home pack my stuff and slept.

Sunday

Started off with cycling training.

We went Selarang to climb and i got dropped the first round.

Sad, I couldn't keep up i was like lack of cycling training for the past few weeks.

All due to the rain man. Haiz.

couldn't climb didn't expect the climb at old tampines road.

We did quite little and went back.

Training was quite disorganised.

Then went to Jing Hean's house to do my slimming thing.

Jing Hean's mum was telling my dad what to cook for me to eat and what not to eat.

And Doctor Han treated me.

I had like sauna that day. So Hot i don't like the feeling.

Was at Jing Hean's house for 3 hours then went church.

My auntie and uncle join me at youth service.

Had a good sermon given by pastor Khong and he prayed for everyone including me.

And pastor Eugene spoke about the 7000 laps before pastor Khong gave his sermon.

Pastor Eugene spoke about me swimming 300 laps.

I was feeling quite embrassed because i didn't do that much and lastly the whole church knew about it. Oh Gosh!

Best of all is my spiritual brother, Jonathan keep going around calling me triathlete.Argh.

And everyone who saw and know me keep asking me about the 300 laps i did yeow.

My status becomes the 300 laps in church.

After service stayed for awhile had tribe meeting then went to grandma's house to change into my Retro costume for the countdown party at my church.

Reach my church at 8.50pm for the party, but only could get in at 9.30pm

Had fun singing dancing worshipping the Lord with my spiritual family.

Dalston was so High yesterday.

Everyone dress very nicely yesterday.

All look super great.

I so love the dressings haha.

I had to rush off therefore couldn't take more photos.

After that Joyce and Edwin send me and Jon home.

Monday

Nothing much woke up at 9.30am for slimming session.

Then went back and sleep after slimming session till 1pm.

Went out with my aunt and cousin.

Celebrated my cousin birthday at my grandma's house.

sorry could blog for the past few days due to my tight schedule.

hmm...lets first start with my new year's resolution.

1) Draw nearer to God.

2)Being able to cope in my school work when school starts.

3)Get to go Sea Games this year.

4)Have a good rest.

5)Mend Relationships.

2006 ended with thanksgivings.

1) I wanna thank my Spiritual Mother, Joyce for loving me so much.

Thank God that we manage to iron out some matters before the year ended.

I LOVE YOU!

2)I wanna thank the tribe who came out with the ideal with completing 7000 laps.

At least i could use the 200 plus laps i swam to serve God.

Thank you for the ppl who have supported me too.

3)Thank God that my mum receive Salvation this year!

4)Thank God that this year is a more peaceful year in my family than last year.

Thank you for mending the relationships in my family.

5)Thank God for giving me the opportunity to be overseas so that i can learn more in my sports and in my spiritual walk with God.

6)I wanna thank my Coach for loving me so much.

Never giving up on me!

I just wanna say a big thank you to him.

7)I wanna thank my Spiritual brothers for always being there for me.

I really appreciate you guys.

I could have backslided without you guys.

Thank you John for always calling me out for Sakae Sushi.

Without anyone of you i may feel that i have lost a spiritual family.
